Macdonald Parkway where residents can have stunning views of the Ottawa River or of Westboro. 

The majority of the units feature large living areas, spacious dining rooms, large master bedrooms with an ensuite, and a private balcony with views of Britannia, The Ottawa River, or Westboro. Some units have been fully renovated to feature hardwood flooring, tiled entryways, or new carpeting. Living at 1195 Richmond you are close to the Lincoln Fields OC Transpo station to grab any bus to bring you further to the west end or to Tunney’s Pasture to take the LRT downtown or to the east end. In the next few years the second phase of the LRT will have a station within a 6 minute walk from the front door of 1995 Richmond.
