Real Lofts is a one of a kind building that you don’t get to see very often in Ottawa. Located on the corner of Holland and Wellington, 120 Holland was once tenanted by the Laura Secord Factory (where the building got its name) and was then converted into a 22 unit condominium in 1998. This unique building stands out for its 1950’s design and for the lower level being used for commercial space. Units within the building are either available as one or two bedroom as well as being one or two levels.

There are 4 units on each of the 4 floors, each of the units are corner units and feature hardwood flooring, 10ft ceilings, and are surrounded by large windows. The main floor of the 2 storey units have a spacious open concept living space that includes a kitchen with an island, dining area, living room, and one of the bedrooms with full ensuite. The second floor has the additional bedroom along with a full bath. Each unit was designed to have their own individual floor plan so no two units are the same.

Living at 120 Holland, you are in walking distance to everything that Wellington and Hintonburg has to offer. For those that like to take advantage of the outdoors during the spring and summer months, The MacKenzie King Parkway is 40 minute walk, 12 minute bike ride, or a 5 minute drive where you can cruise along the bike paths, stop at the lookouts to gaze over the river or stop at the Westboro Beach and grab a snack or drink at the cafe.

For those that commute to work via OC Transpo will be glad to know that Tunney’s Pasture is a 12 minute walk so that you can grab the LRT to go through the downtown core out to the east end, making the trip to and from work convenient and stress free.
