90 George Penthouse - The $3,500,000 View

Last week I took a tour of the remaining condominium units at 90 George Street. The above 3.5 million dollar view is from the northwest penthouse, a two story crown jewel that tops the 104 unit building. The unit itself is currently under construction hence the lack of interior pictures, but I can tell you that of the features that have been decided include a floating staircase, large wine cellar, enormous walk in shower, full unit speaker system throughout the unit, and much more. Don’t forget this is all on top of the building’s already high standards, and “cosmopolitan luxury” does not give it justice. Rumored to be Ottawa’s equivalent of the infamous Trump Towers, most can dream to attain such an address.

Claridge Plaza - Phase 2 - Progress
